Cameroonian Afro-pop singer, producer and philanthropist, Seta Wiertz recently set up a charity organization called “Germinator” aimed to assist youths start up or improve a business /project especially those affected by the ongoing Political crisis in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon with priority given to business ideas that are self- sustainable especially in the field of agriculture (Animals and food)
Earlier this March, he announced that three beneficiaries shall be receiving between XAF 100 000 – XAF 250000 financial assistance following applications from youths affected by the crises.
On the 18th of March, he awarded the first beneficiary, Epuli Nelson Masango who received XAF 110,000.
Mr. Epuli specializes in Poultry Farming and Germinator believes that the support will help improve his poultry business.
Today 20th March, Germinator awarded her second beneficiary, Mr. Fongoh Primus who received the sum of XAF 150, 000 to assist him in his phone accessories and repairs shop.
Germinator believes that supporting him will help revive his business which is currently limping due to the ongoing crisis.
Following previous announcement, Germinator will assist one other youth before the end of March and hope to give such assistance every month to three beneficiaries until December 2019.
We applaud Seta Wiertz for this amazing initiative willing to give up time and money to make the difference in people’s lives.
