Popular Cameroonian jazz bassist and musician, Richard Bona has left social media buzzing with reactions following his recent posts on Facebook and Twitter.
The singer has removed his dreads and gone completely bald. The reason for him going bald are a little unclear, but Richard seems happy following the publications.
On Twitter, he posted a photo of his bald hair with the caption “Here begins my new chapter …… Love it …15 years younger … #bald #fresh”
While on Facebook, he posted same photo, saying that
Before the dreads I was still shaved … ??? Nothing new … ?? The only difference is that I have more white hair at the root??? Love it … #freedom 10 years younger?????? And my hair will go on a painting by a great artiste ??
The last time Richard Bona was seen with a bald look was on the cover of his debut studio album “Scenes from My Life” Released in July 1999.
Many of Richard Bona’s followers on the various social media accounts are speculating that this look is aimed at paying tribute to Saxophone legend, late Manu Dibango. But Richard Bona hasn’t replied any of these comments or statements to confirm this.
