Mr. Leo is now in the Recording Academy/ Grammys 2021 voter pool.
Cameroonian artiste, Mr. Leo recently announced via his social media accounts that he is officially a member of the Grammy Recording Academy, class of 2021. Full transcript of his publication below;
«Each time music called I answered; Each time I stumbled along the way I rose to my feet and kept the dream alive, little did I know I was up for an even bigger musical call.Today I’m proud to announce to the entire jungle that I am officially a member of the Grammy Recording Academy, class of 2021.Special thank you to @recordingacademy for this humbling call and I look forward to representing Cameroon and Africa in all it’s colours.Shout out to my big brother, partner and friend DJ-Fredy Muks and to my amazing team for seeing this dream through. We look forward to an amazing journey of greater achievements and positive impact» said Mr. Leo.
Last Monday, June 28th, the Recording Academy announced it had invited over 2,700 musicians and music industry figures to join the 2021 voter pool to expand diversity.

For Mr. Leo to participate in the next Grammy Awards, he will need to accept his invitations by Sept. 15, 2021. The voting ballot for the 2022 Grammy Awards, set to take place on Jan. 31, 2022, will open on Oct. 22 and close on Nov. 5 this year.
