He said “You have to have the determination. Just look at my career. I’m kind of a role model. The first time I came to Cameroon was in 1999 and it was not Fally the eagle. I worked hard. I respected the people who led me and today I gain respect from the people I lead. If you really want to be successful in life, whether it’s music, school or politics, you have to know how to respect codes, know how to be humble and be visionary”

It all started cool and nice, till some angry fans started throwing bottles at performing artistes and their dancers because they were tired of waiting to see Fally Ipupa.

When it was Fally’s turn to perform, he told the crowd outrightly that “vous jetez encore de bouteilles sur moi j’arreter les concert et je pars je n’aime pars les villlagoise” ~~ Translated as”If you continue to throw bottles at me, i will stop the concert and leave. I do not like Villagers”. It should be noted that this isn’t the first time fans are being Violent to Congolese artiste Fally Ipupa. Sometime back when he came to perform in Cameroon, he was slapped on the head by a fan who immediately disappeared into tin air. It’s now safe to ask the question; what do fans gain doing this? Is it good for our country’s image??
