Dencia assists Fans in Cameroon, Nigeria and Ghana
They say givers never lack and Dencia is out here giving out some of her secured bag to fans. She’s just recently assisted 200+ Cameroonians with 5000frs each, 200 more fans in Ghana and, 150fans in Nigeria financially.
Reprudencia Sonkey, known by her stage name Dencia, is
Cameroonian born singer and businesswoman based in the United States of America.
She is one of Cameroon’s richest celebrities out of home. Known to be a former designer who has worked with US celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Rihanna and Christina Milan.
Now owner of one of the biggest skin care line; Whitenicious with sub-brands like Darklicious comestics and Envydia cosmetics, Dencia has made her a steady bag source.
So it’s very obvious the singer has the money to give out. In 2015 when she launched the brand Whitenicious, within 24 hours it sold out and when her “before and after” pictures stormed the internet it was the only trending topic over social media.
Three weeks later, sales kept skyrocketing and showed no signs of slowing down, even though Dencia and her product were highly criticized for not only promoting skin lightening, but also self-hatred among women of color and more specifically, African women.
Despite the backlash, Dencia stood behind her business and believes that she is in fact helping women overcoming the lack of self confidence a big obstacle for women not attaining their full potentials in life, as well as providing the solution to those who suffer from Hyperpigmentation.
And today it’s obvious proceeds from sales of the product has helped over 600 of her fans financially.
Dencia is just one of many celebrities who’ve assisted their fans during this difficult time the world is facing as a result of COVID-19. May her sources be replenished ?
