UK based Cameroonian Media personality and influencer, Delly Singah Philips was made Ambassador of ICT-U at the beginning of December 2020. Her nomination certificate was handed over by Rev. Jesse Song in a ceremony in London..

Delly Singah Philips will henceforth positively represent the information and Communication Technology University in a multitude of contexts as the need may arise. She will assist in content creation for the institution’s blogs, sending out newsletters, participate in marketing events in USA and developing countries and will also promote the ICT-U brand through mouth-to-ear marketing. As an opinion leader, Delly will be using her experience and the influence she has thanks to her huge following in her domain of operation on the Social media landscape to make the ICT-U brand a reference.

Her Nomination as Amabassador came few months after that of CRTV journalist Charles Ebune last September. According to Professor Victor Mbarika, President of the Administrative counsel of ICT-U Foundation USA, this nomination gives Delly the right to talk on behalf of the institution and all its campuses in the developing countries.

Delly Singah Philips recently emerged as winner of Best Social Media Campaign at the Bonteh Digital Media Awards 2020 for her #ReceiveSense2020 campaign. She has won a whole lot of other awards for her work in the digital sphere like Best Digital Platform at AB Afrikpreneur Awards for her platform Delly’s MatchUps. In 2018 She received the prize of Best Media Personality of the year at CCWA and that same year featured on the list of Top 50 Most influential Cameroonians.

The university promoters say their ICT programs are purely from USA so as to offer the best quality of training targeting Africa, Latin America and Asia. The institution’s objective is to make the University the primary destination for research, innovation and the training of researchers which is pertinent for context of developing economies. It is worth nothing that, the ICT University does not just offer information and communication technology training programs or Certificates but rather, transmits ICT knowledge in the other programs offered by the institution. For example, someone studying Business Administration with specialty in Marketing at ICT-U will graduate with expertise in e-commerce website creation or other form of online commerce sites.
