Cameroonian artiste, Daphne was nominated among other female top guns of African Music at the Soundcity MVP Awards 2019.
Daphne from Cameroon will be competing with the biggest female musicians in the continent including; Betty G from Ethiopia, Teni, Yemi Alade and Tiwa Savage all from Nigeria and Sho Madjozi from South Africa.
In a Facebook post today 11th January 2019, Daphne posted the poster with the other nominees with the caption “Camer Represented“. This means many things, but the first and most important is that Daphne is conscious and proud that she is representing a whole country and that is an achievement on its own.
