Cameroonian actor, singer-rapper, cultural promoter and TV host, Paul Tonye aka Tony Nobody is set to play the role of “Egbo“, the friendly cop from the city of Douala in the next feature film by American director Kely McClung.
“La Loi Du Destin” or The Law of Destiny (LLDD) is an action/thriller film being filmed on location in Douala, Cameroon – West Central Africa.
The movie written and produced by Cameroonian movie producer, Yves Nangue Carson of Blackstone Entertainment sees a young soldier who returns home to find his mother dying of cancer and is forced to make desperate choices with both the police and the underworld only to find himself embattled in a global conspiracy of coercion and murder.
It will have an international cast and crew including Ursula Maria, Chloé Domange, Tony Nobody, Christian Schiesser, Naoumie Ekiko and a host of others.
In a Facebook post last September 9th, 2019, Kely McClung, the Director of the movie expressed his excitement working with Tony Nobody on the project.
Tony Nobody has recently featured in the movie “Ne crains rien je t’aime” by Thierry Ntamack. Surely his hard work has been felt in Cameroon and resonated outside the borders.
